Frequently Asked Questions

All applications can be completed online. A current State-issued Driver’s License or photo ID are required with the application, along with proof of income. This documentation can be uploaded online or brought into the property. We process all applications and may conditionally approve your application(s) while you wait. All applications are given final approval by the Property Manager within 72 hours.

The application fee is $32 per applicant. The fee is non-refundable given the fact that it covers the cost of processing your application.

A $100 advanced rental deposit is due upon completion of the application. The fee reserves the apartment for you while the application is processed. Once your application is approved, the advanced rental deposit will be applied to your first month’s rent upon move-in. If your application is not approved, the advanced rental deposit will be refunded

Your security deposit will start at $500 and may increase based on your approval status.

No. Pets are not allowed at this community.

Residents are responsible for Gas and Electric. Water/Sewer and Trash are on us!

No. Renters insurance isn’t a requirement; however, we suggest a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required for all residents. If you elect to have renters’ insurance, please include the property as an additional insured on your policy.

Parking is available free of charge for all residents. Your vehicle must be registered with management to obtain a parking permit. We also have limited covered garage parking options at $150 per month. All parking is assigned upon availability.

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
